Three Sorbet Flavors Offer Customers a refreshing Dairy Free Option
Cedarburg, Wis., October 1, 2020 – Cedar Crest Ice Cream has introduced a new line of Sorbet. The Lemon, Raspberry and Mango pints hit store freezers in September.
The company chose the 3 flavors based on popular sorbet flavors during the summer months.
The new Sorbet line is a natural extension of the company’s current line of premium ice cream, frozen custard, and sherbet products. The Cedarburg, Wis.-based family-owned business started in 1976. Cedar Crest Ice Cream’s production philosophy centers around making small batch craft ice cream, which gives its ice cream more flavor and creaminess. The company’s production facility is located in Manitowoc, Wis., where it currently makes all its products: ice cream, sherbet, frozen yogurt, no fat no sugar ice cream, gelato, frozen custard, churned ice cream and now it’s new sorbet.
Cedar Crest Sorbet is available at retail stores throughout Wisconsin, northern Illinois, UP of Michigan, and the Minneapolis-St. Paul area as well as dipping parlors.
