DONATIONS

We are proud to participate in our community and support non-profit organizations and institutions. Please complete the following to have your donation request considered.

We receive many donation requests throughout the year. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we must limit our donation approvals. Special consideration will be given to Cedar Crest Ice Cream customers and partners.

TIMING: Is it at least four weeks until your event? To be considered for a donation, your request must be received with at least four weeks lead time. If the request does not meet that requirement, we must decline participation.

LOGISTICS: Are you requesting a donation of ice cream? A gift basket for an auction? In either case, please be prepared to pick up the requested items from our Cedarburg office or our Manitowoc manufacturing facility. We are unable to deliver.

A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT ICE CREAM: Be prepared to store your ice cream until the time of your event in a freezer at a temperature of no warmer than 0 degrees Fahrenheit. (Ice cream will melt at a temperature warmer than that. A cooler and ice or an ice pack will not keep your product at its ideal texture and consistency.)

DISCOUNTED PRICING: As an alternative to a gratis donation, we may extend special ice cream pricing.

NOTIFICATION: If your request is approved, we will be in touch via email. We will only communicate with organization representatives if the donation is approved due to the volume of requests we receive.
